Co-designed by two women who are primary caregivers for their husbands who have ALS, these bracelets have a meaning. The bracelets were created in ELA an effort to show support and contribute to the spread of a disease that receives little attention. The bracelets are designed with color bands adopted ELA. They are created using Swarovski crystals and the combination of Bali, blue, silver, silver, gray and white. The two accounts of the bracelet is designed to help serve a level of support the person who takes the armband. Customers can choose between the pink for the spouse, family, green, purple for friends. The center of each bracelet is cord yellow signifies hope.
ALS ALSA chapters of organizations and with the signature on Abernook.com to help promote sales. Each sale the sale, customers can choose the chapter or organization to send their donation.
The bracelet program was a huge success and is truly an honor to see more and more bracelets, jewelry and other objects that are being sold since the program began. Abernook constantly signing new ALSA chapters and organizations ELA wishing to participate. Currently Abernook.com and a shop in Peoria, Illinois are the only places selling colors of Hope (TM) System Pleasure bracelet.
